The Foot & Ankle Clinic is offering 2 x Permanent Part-Time (approx 18-20 hours per week) or 1 x Full-Time position for enthusiastic and motivated individual/s in our renowned Traralgon clinic.

The Foot & Ankle Clinic (TFAAC) is one Victoria’s leading Podiatry groups, with 12 clinics spread across the Gippsland & Metropolitan areas. ENOUGH ABOUT US, WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
- High quality customer service skills.
- Footwear/Retail experience or willingness to learn/be trained
- Excellent Communication Skills, both verbally and written.
- A quick learner
- Exceptional computer skills
- Problem solve and think on your feet
To be successful for this position we seek an ambitious, hardworking and motivated individual who strives to excel in this position. Be keen to further develop your current skills set and knowledge while following TFAAC’s policy and procedures.
Offer our patients the highest of quality of customer service whether that be over the telephone while booking an appointment or whilst serving/fitting footwear in our retail store.
Act, communicate and present yourself in a neat and professional manner at all times, while taking pride in the presentation of the clinic itself.
Be flexible, reliable with a “Can Do” attitude and have the willingness to cover extra shifts as required as well as work Saturday’s (AM) on a rotating roster.
